By accessing or using Outlr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Outlr is a YouTube automation intelligence platform that provides tools including competitor channel analysis, outlier video discovery, AI-generated title suggestions, thumbnail CTR simulation, and AI script writing. The Service is intended for use by content creators and YouTube automation operators.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Outlr. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
Outlr is currently available free of charge during its beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before transitioning from free to paid access. Early beta users may be offered preferential pricing at our discretion.
When paid plans are introduced, all fees will be clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
During the beta period, no payments are collected and no refunds apply. Once paid plans are introduced, we will publish a clear refund policy. If you have a billing issue, contact us at [email protected].
Outlr uses AI to generate scripts, titles, and other content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking responsibility for any content you publish that was generated or assisted by Outlr. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or unintended outputs.
Outlr uses the YouTube Data API to surface publicly available video and channel information. Your use of this data through Outlr is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. You agree not to use YouTube data obtained through Outlr in any way that violates YouTube's policies.
The Outlr platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Outlr Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any original content you create using the Service. By using Outlr, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from using Outlr, including increases in views, subscribers, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlr Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Outlr after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.
